What are your hours of operation?

Mon to Fri          8am-5pm

Sat & Sun           8am-3pm

Is there a minimum order?

No, no minimum order unless specified otherwise on the product pages.

What is the hire period?

The minimum hire period is 1 day. A same day pick-up can also be organised for an added fee. 

Is delivery, set-up and pick-up included in the hire price?

Delivery, set-up and pick-up is all included for Brisbane metro. For other delivery locations an added fee will be incurred at checkout.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the following areas: Brisbane Metro, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, Redland Bay, Scenic Rim, Somerset, Lockyer Valley, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Noosa. For all other areas please contact us and we can see what we can do. 

What is the ‘Damage Waiver Fee’ and is it refundable?

The Damage Waiver Fee is standard for all our hire items value, which is included in all orders. The waiver covers all costs relevant to the normal wear and tear to the items. The waiver does not cover damaged or missing equipment/hired items (not refundable). 

What time will my delivery arrive?

If a specific time is needed for your event, please fill in the relevant boxes at checkout. Usually, the hired item is set-up two to seven hours before the exam. The operations team will be in contact with you a week prior to the event. If you need anything, please contactsales@eventsmadespecial.com.au

Can I arrange an ‘after hours’ delivery or collection?

After hours collection can be arranged for an added fee. If you want to arrange ‘after hours’ delivery or collection, please fill in the relevant boxes at checkout. 

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Do you service interstate?

We are a Brisbane based company and currently only service South-east Queensland. 

Can hire items be set up outdoors?

Some hire items can be installed outside, please see the product description for each item for installation requirements.

Can I collect my order directly from the warehouse?

Hired items cannot be collected from the warehouse as all items need to be set-up in a certain manner. 

Do you sell any of your products?

YES, we can custom build most of the products upon request. Please contactsales@eventsmadespecial.com.au

What power requirements will I need?

Most of our items require power and a standard 10amp outlet. If a power outlet is not accessible, a generator can also be supplied upon request.
